WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are searching for customer/technical support representatives for our business operations team to work 11pm to 8am (overnight) , including weekends and holidays.   Part-time employees will work Friday, Saturday and Sundays.  Full-time employees will work the same part-time days and also two additional days and will receive company paid benefits.

THE EVERYDAY VIEW

  • Provide support via phone, email and/or live chat.
  • Handle cancellations and other administrative issues as needed.
  • Resolve general technical problems involving computers, mobile devices, gaming systems, and other OTT devices that deliver service.
  • Apply appropriate speech and scripts according to support or retention situations, and identify need for new scripts to deal with recurring or common issues.
  • Do follow-up with customers and/or clients as needed.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required/Essential:

  • High School Diploma, GED or A-Level Certificate.
  • Customer Service-oriented communication skills.
  • General knowledge of computer browsers, mobile devices and/or other devices.

Desired/Preferred:

  • 1 or more years experience in a customer service position.
  • 1 or more years experience working in a call center environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
